I’m now into week 2 and back where I began on the timeline. It’s hard to know if I will experience this week differently from last week: last week I was dragging myself kicking and screaming into a new routine and this week I am slightly used to it and I know what to expect. I think it will still be a slight battle against my body’s circadian rhythms.
1300. I did a better job of staying on time though, waking at about 1300. I didn’t feel all that hungry so I just had some coffee, and then a bit later as it was nearly dinner time I had another coffee.
1730. Dinner time and I had roast chicken breast and potatoes and vegetables. Appropriate for a lunch as well as a dinner.
2330. I’m feeling a bit hungry again so have a Huel to keep me going.
0418. I don’t feel tired at all. I am a bit peckish though and get up for some toast. I’m just chugging along and need to stay up for another 4 hours!
0745. It’s breakfast time for most people, I have a cooked breakfast for my bedtime meal, I suppose it is an all day breakfast. Afterwards I head to bed but to be honest I am not feeling all that fatigued. I do, however, drift off to sleep quite quickly.
This has been an entire day where I have felt pretty good, even working an overnight routine. Could I be getting used to this!? I think tomorrow will be a real test.
