It&#8217;s hard to know if I will experience this week differently from last week: last week I was dragging myself kicking and screaming into a new routine and this week I am slightly used to it and I know what to expect. I think it will still be a slight battle against my body&#8217;s circadian rhythms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1300. <\/strong>I did a better job of staying on time though, waking at about 1300. I didn&#8217;t feel all that hungry so I just had some coffee, and then a bit later as it was nearly dinner time I had another coffee.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1730. <\/strong>Dinner time and I had roast chicken breast and potatoes and vegetables. Appropriate for a lunch as well as a dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2330. <\/strong>I&#8217;m feeling a bit hungry again so have a Huel to keep me going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>0418<\/strong>. I don&#8217;t feel tired at all. I am a bit peckish though and get up for some toast. I&#8217;m just chugging along and need to stay up for another 4 hours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>0745.<\/strong> It&#8217;s breakfast time for most people, I have a cooked breakfast for my bedtime meal, I suppose it is an all day breakfast. Afterwards I head to bed but to be honest I am not feeling all that fatigued. I do, however, drift off to sleep quite quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This has been an entire day where I have felt pretty good, even working an overnight routine. Could I be getting used to this!?
